Once you submit an inquiry or select your package, you will receive full details along with next steps to secure your booking. This typically includes selecting your package, making a deposit, and receiving confirmation and trip coordination details.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as ACH (bank transfer) payments for many of our travel experiences.

We do offer hotel-only bookings in certain cases, particularly when they are part of a broader travel plan or long-term relationship.  

For flight-only requests, we generally limit standalone air bookings. If we do assist with flight arrangements only, an administrative fee will apply, due to the time and resources required for research and coordination.

You’ll have the option to select a single room for added privacy or, in some cases, a shared room option if you prefer. Throughout the trip, there are plenty of group moments to socialize, as well as free time to explore at your own pace.

Flights are typically not included in our travel packages unless otherwise specified.  

We generally focus on curating the ground experience—accommodations, activities, and overall coordination—so you have flexibility when booking flights based on your preferred departure city, schedule, and airline.  

However, we are happy to assist with flight research and recommendations, and in some cases can assist with booking flights as part of a broader itinerary.
